I am a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), registered with the Department of Attorney-General, and also a Nationally Accredited Mediator with the Australian Mediation Association.
As an experienced and currently practicing Principal Family Lawyer, solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and member of the Queensland Law Society – I have extensive experience in handling family law matters involving both property settlement and children custody matters and have successfully settled countless hostile separations.
I have personally experienced my own property settlement matter before the Courts - which was a long, drawn out and costly endeavour. That is the reason I decided to focus on assisting people mediate their family law issues, and help them keep it out of Court.
With my up to date knowledge of the Family Law Act 1975 and extensive experience, I can assist you in reaching an agreement that is fair to you.
