Note: If you reach agreement and you want to formalise the agreement into Court Orders, then provided you both agree to waiver any conflict, you can expect to pay approximately $2,000 for the drafting of Consent Orders in addition to the mediation cost (no need to attend Court). Fees are exclusive of GST.
